CBNHW is still struggling with limited resources, but a number of fundraisiing initiatives together with a lot of cost saving ones means that the outlook is a little more positive than before. The key message of the day was to report things that look suspicious and to trust your gut feel whether is criminal or terrorism related. Challenging individuals, even by saying "you look lost, can I help" is what makes communities strong.
