Review of Boundry Commission's map of new ward boundries in Croydon (essentially the Conservative proposal). Addiscombe would be in 2 wards - Addiscombe West (including Park Hill) and Addiscombe East (including Whitgift Estate). We requested that Elgin Road, proposed in Addiscombe West be shifted to Addiscombe East so that HOME is in the same ward. Park Hill and Whitgift did not want to be part of Addiscombe and feel they are very different from Addiscombe.
