Sean Fitzsimmons is proposing keeping the Addiscombe Ward Boundry essentially where it is now, but having an artificial split into a 3 councillor and 2 councillor ward that excluded Park Hill and Whitgift areas. This would result in the wards being marginal (which is good for us). I requested that HOME be kept together in the same ward.
